Customer service is open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The delivery time for products is 5 working days from the order.
For orders under €50, a delivery fee of €8.95 (VAT included) applies. Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge.
Products are delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto service point as a “Lähellä” package.
If the delivery is incomplete or the product has been damaged during transport, please notify us without delay by email at mastermark@mastermark.fi.
In your message, please include your order number and a description of the detected defect or damage. To help us process your claim more quickly, kindly attach any relevant photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will process complaints as soon as possible and take the necessary actions to resolve the matter.
