DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for products is 5 working days from the order.


SHIPPING COSTS

For orders under €60, a delivery fee of €8.95 (VAT included) applies. Orders over €60 are delivered free of charge.

Products are delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto service point as a “Lähellä” package.


RIGHT OF RETURN

Products have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. The returned product must be unused, in saleable condition, and in its original state. All product tags and any seals must remain attached to the product.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The return fee is €8.95.

For uncollected shipments, we only refund the price of the products. Shipping costs are not refunded.


Return of an order via Matkahuolto using a shipment ID

You can easily return the package on Matkahuolto’s website using the shipment ID. First, go to https://www.matkahuolto.fi/palauta-paketti and enter the shipment ID you received in the designated field.

When the details open, check that the shipment information is correct. Fill in the required additional information and choose a return point or parcel locker that suits you best.

Once you have confirmed the return, you will receive more detailed instructions for dropping off the package. Pack the product carefully and follow the instructions provided. At the drop-off point, it is enough to present the return ID. If you are using a parcel locker, the return ID details are entered into the locker according to the instructions.

Finally, take the package to the point you selected and keep any receipt or confirmation until the return has been processed.

We also ask that you notify us of the return by email at mastermark@mastermark.fi. Please use the subject line “Yle return / customer name” and include the reason for the return in your message.


RECLAMATION

If the delivery is incomplete or the product has been damaged during transport, please notify us without delay by email at mastermark@mastermark.fi.

In your message, please include your order number and a description of the detected defect or damage. To help us process your claim more quickly, kindly attach any relevant photos of the damage and the packaging.

We will process complaints as soon as possible and take the necessary actions to resolve the matter.
