The delivery time for products is 5 working days from the order.
For orders under €50, a delivery fee of €8.95 (VAT included) applies. Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge.
Products are delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto service point as a “Lähellä” package.
Products have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. The returned product must be unused, in saleable condition, and in its original state. All product tags and any seals must remain attached to the product.
If the delivery is incomplete or the product has been damaged during transport, please notify us without delay by email at solutions@mastermark.fi
In your message, please include the order number and a description of the identified defect or damage. Kindly attach any relevant photos of the damage and the packaging to help us process your claim more quickly.
We will handle complaints as soon as possible and take the necessary actions to resolve the matter.
